I base it on the premises found throughout the story and different works. For example, Superman was born the way he is. He didn't earn it. He's a good, upstanding citizen, don't get me wrong, but he can fool everyone in the city but putting on spectacles and suddenly he's Clark Kent? People, as a whole, can be that clueless, but for how long? I mean, how many people, even in Metropolis, have shoulders as wide as a pick up truck?
Batman - same issue, except he is more reclusive. In his favor, he earned all of his abilities and lives in Gotham City. Gotham City sounds and looks soooo much cooler than Metropolis. Both are crime-fighting purveyors of justice and I respect them for it. But Batman, in my opinion, is the better character.

Don't forget, Superman is historically known to change in phone booths. Classy.
On the other hand, that suave, sophisticated Bruce Wayne enjoys the massive floor space of his illustrious Batcave. Phone booth vs. Batcave. Hmm. ..I sense a retaliation somewhere along the lines of guano.

My point exactly.
Besides, just think of the amount of bodily fluids that have been shared in that particular location.. Not to mention the imminent risk of the phone ringing and falling over with your pants/tights down.

spiderman is the perfect combo, given some of his powers by chance, he developed his webing and trained to further develop his strength and agility

Didn't Krypton explode in an apocalyptic phenomenon? Kinda hard to test your theory.
If I recall correctly, both Spiderman and Superman had only one arch-nemesis (the Green Goblin and Lex Luthor, respectively). Batman had quite a few baddies to deal with, which, to some extent, merits the use of an unfashionably clad sidekick.

although the green goblin was spidy's first super-villan he was not his arch-nemisis like bat-boy he had many baddies to deal with, some times alot of them at once (the sinister six)
ps: we are talking based on the comic books right?(theirs a big difference)

I cannot say much... but Jerry Seinfeld's a superman fan, so that just settles it. bye-bye Batman... plus there was never a 'POW!' or 'THWACK' in Superman.
