"A Journey in the Dark"

An appropiate title for this thread.

On Thursday, June 16th, I will be going to the state of New Jersey. Our beloved JD and I are meeting up, and it promises to be a grand adventure. I will be keeping a journal of events and attractions, and hopefully at some point, JD will post pics. I will return to Ohio on July 7th, and I am sure I will have plenty to post about.

Now behave yourselves! I will still have internet access and will be checking in regularly.

Btw, If you don't see me posting after the 7th, then contact the authorities, because I've been axe murdered.

It's all Jonathan's fault. He was suppose to go but couldn't, so JD had to settle for me. My body can be located in the Pine Barrens, in the international section, since JD didn't feel like digging a new hole for the US, or Ohio.

Thanks Jonathan.

Have a nice trip, SGH! And don't do anything Jonathan wouldn't have done...perhaps best to stay away from some of the things he would have done as well.

about 8 million people including myself.
That figure does not include the many visitors to the Garden State.

Welcome to NJ. JD is a fine ambassador for the state and can show you many wonderful things here.

Since the temperatures are about 32°C (90°F) I highly recommend spending some time at the Jersey Shore.

Have fun you two! I look forward to reading about what you get up to. You'll have a great time, SGH. JD knows all the good places.

Pssst: Could you try to locate JD's planner for me? I'd like to know in advance when he plans to kill me. Thanks

DON'T DO IT SGH!!!!!

Wait... actually... it seems kind of strange that you'd do this considering that JD told me he's an axe murderer... and then YOU said he was one...

Now I'm just all confused!

Now there's a mental image I could have lived without.

Anyway, speaking of JD, is he ever going to make that 10'000th post? When you're visiting him SGH, tell him to get around and make that special topic of his.

Well, I thought I would post and give everyone an update just so you know that I'm still among the living. JD looks and seems pretty harmless, and I have seen no signs of any axes.

Yesterday, we went to Pronceton. What a cool little town. We walked all over the campus of Princeton University and that was great. The archetecture (sp) is so cool and lots of gardens, and fountains. We also went to the Thomas Clarke house. This is the farm where the Battle of Priceton took place. My legs felt like jello at the end of the day, but it was fun.

Today we spent the day at the Monmouth Battlefield, where they put on a re-enactment. It was cool seeing all the actors in their Revolutionary War uniforms. Many people were a little disappointed in the re-enactment, because there just weren't that many soldiers to make the battle exciting. I enjoyed it though.

JD took me to have real Italian pizza last night and tonight it was Chineese

JD sure knows how o show you around, and it is a lot of fun. I am worn out at the nd of the day, that's for sure.

Well, I'll post another update in a few days.

Be good you guys. Cya then.

If he offers a guided trip to the Meadolands, beware. There's a lot of guys in black cars placing large bundles in the weeds.
