Apparently this is a famous little problem that has been around for ages, but I've only just been introduced to it and thought it was quite fun:

I read the first sentence of Tessar's spoiler, and you know what? It's not that obvious. I don't feel quite so silly now.

I don't think it's that obvious - it relies on being able to recognise that (spoiler)

ya i think the person who made the website screwed up because in the article under the fraternity of petals around the rose it says that u get that hint to figure it out

Yay, I got it on my first try

. It took a while though, I spent some time scratching my head thinking "what the heck is a petal?" until I finally got off me lazy arse to fetch my dictionary

. It seemed quite obvious after that.
