Just watched King Arthur. What a bum! I completely agree with Hemel. It could've been much better in the hands of a good producer (and director!).

Yeah, but were you really surprised by that? *BoP has seen the trailers, is plans on avoiding it like the plague*
Chronicles of Riddick. Bad script and acting aside, I liked it. 'Specially Riddick. And some of those set designs and costumes were really kewl. Definitely a departure from Pitch Black though (where Riddick was less superman, and more evil sinister killer dude).

I watched a movie called Boys on HBO. I didn't really like it but Lukas Haas was in it so I stayed interested. He's such a great actor, I'm suprised he's not more famous...

I just watched:
Mystic River: Amazing movie. The actors in it were incredible Cold Mountain: A little slow, but still a good movie. Repo Man: Already seen it many times...still a great movie. It's so funny. U-Turn: Very odd movie, pretty good. Sean Penn was great, same with most of the cast, except for Jennifer Lopez (why would they cast her in this movie? She's a horrible actress) |

The Prince & Me (or Prinsen & Jag as they say in Sweden )
It was entertaining, fairly predictable, light-hearted and pretty good (if you want a light-hearted movie). Julia Styles was quite good as the beautiful love interest. There was only one dumb scene that I can recall, where Julia's character, who works at a pub, it pointlessly dancing around with her shoes off when she was supposed to be working. It was out of character. The romance was also a bit rushed at the beginning, but whatev. But I won't spoil the rest for you, go watch if you like light, romantic movies.

I just had 'Blade' (Wesley Snipes, Stephen Dorff) out from my college library, and that wa sgood,
and also 'Interview With the Vampire' (Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, Antonio Banderas, Christian Slater, Kirsten Dunst) and that also was good I also Got Two Towers EE from the library, I already own all 3 of LOTR which were the final editions, but the EE was excellent, as it added so much to my viewing pleasure that were a lot of writing |

So where are you located. EE versions seem to be worth it from what I've read. I bought the regular dvd's of the first two movies and vowed not to buy the regular of the last. Unfortunately it doesn't come out until 14th of Dec.

Bridget Jones
Me and Something saw Bridget Jones The edge of reason last week.
It is great, but the first one I think is a little bit better.

Man On Fire What a weird, stupid movie. The first act had such a good thing going, and then the rest of the movie is filled with this in destructable assasin torturing the living daylights out of these other guys. Sick. And they seek to justify it by playing repeatedly a black and white shot of Pita getting dragged away and screaming. It didn't work for me. Like I said, the first act had a good thing going, but the rest of the movie was stupid. I did like at the end, when she runs across the overpass yelling "Creasey!"- that was touching. The rest was.. well, I don't need to repeat myself.
