COOL! BTW, is the sword really purple (like Mace Windu's lightsabre); or is it just the lighting.
I used to have a nickel a ceremonial sword for doing military drills when I was an adjutant in high school. A former friend of mine lost it.

Very cool pics! I'm starting to get interested in collecting swords. So far I have none. No other weapons, either, unless you count my dad's swiss army knife...

I have tanfas, a bakkan (wooden kendo sword) and a bo (a four foot long...pole). I also have a small assortment of knives, all gifts from my father.
The first three weapons are for my karate class, though we don't really use the tanfas any more. No pictures, sorry. They're all pretty boring looking anyway.

All I have is the plastic sword I got for being an Emerald city soldier in the Fifth to third grade play. It has a blue blade. Weird little nutter.

As you can see, I don't hang out here muchly anymore. There's a good reason for this. Y'see, I've been hanging out at a different chatboard called Cardboardia. So far, I've been havin' a blast. Not that I don't love the TLA, but the magic of Entmoot is lost on me. So, as soon as TLA ends, so will my existance here, probably. Who knows though? I might stay. Highly unlikely however. This is a good bye in advance, then. Unless you want to join me and my group of friends at Cardboardia. Cheers! |

I have a straight sword for wushu. I didn't like it before because wushu has so many other exotic weapons to play with, but now I think it's really elegant. It flashes so prettily when you twirl it.

I don't have any weapons. I'd love a sword, I'd love a set of knives too. There was a promising looking display of some nice sharp looking knives at folklife but Tano and Eruviel dragged me away from it, They seem to think I shuldn't be allowed near sharp objects for some reason... Can't imagine why.

Wow. Cool sword Eärniel! That Glamdring is also darn cool Cirdan. I wouldn't mind having a replica of the Witch-King's sword. But for some reason, they don't let me have sharp things.
