Welcome to the Moot, Dwarven Sen. Agreed with lurker, strange-looking notwithstanding . Punctuation is quite necessary to full understanding of rantings, lunatic or no. Besides, we ARE discussing the works of an Oxford professor of languages; don't you think a tad of grammar might be included in your ramblings?

As for Old Man Willow, it is my impression he was a nasty old Huorn.

A moral of the whole (after the primary symbolism of the Ring, as the will to mere power, seeking to make itself objective by physical force and mechanism, and so also inevitably by lies) is the obvious one that without the high and noble the simple and vulgar is utterly mean; and without the simple and ordinary the noble and heroic is meaningless." Where does the "incessant" part come in? You noticably stopped rambling.

Yes it is her first language so she should be able to talk in it but unfortunately her brain tends to reeze out anythng un tolkien related. Including punctuation spelling grammer and like i say, anything completely boring or useflu. Or even useful.

hello its me sen and i would be honoured to be a warrior of the anti punctuation clan
ps. my grandma isnt a balrog

Note again the no punctuaution and absolutlu no capitaol letters. She would do well as a warrior in the court of typing errorrs.

To get back on topic, I agree that Old Man Willow is a "nasty old huorn", but he is probably an exception. I am sure that true willows- not huorns- are very sweet.

Anyone who has had to pay to get willow roots out of a septic line can attest to the following assertion:

WILLOWS IS EVIL. EEEEEEEVIIIIILLLLL!!!!!!!!

Willows are nice! Okay, not nasty old huorns who aren't nice to Hobbits, but normal TREE willows are perfectly nice, especially to sit under. When there isn't a pond beneath it. . .like the one at the park. . .

Well, a nice boring explantion is this: Trees in the willow family send out fine roots which choke every empty space they find. If a willow tree splits a septic line, it fills the space inside with a thick wad of fine, annoying roots which only money, time and a nasty stench can mend.....they's evil, I tell ya, eeevil!

Well, willows do look nice from afar, even if they can be nasty up close. Yes, bropous, it does sound like you are speaking from experience. . .
