ok, i know i only seem to poke my head 'round here when i need some help on an english paper but... i need help on an english paper

i'm doing it on hippies and how they helped change society's view of authority. it needs to have an interview in it, so i'm looking for someone to interview... a hippy to interview, to be exact

so is anyone a hippy? would you be willing to be interviewed? if you are and you are (lol) reply to this or pm me and we'll set up the details... it would involve me speaking with you over the phone perhaps, or at least aim, just to warn everyone. (i'm not a serial killer or a stalker or anything i SWEAR! )

so yeah any help would be extremely appreciated!

Don't know if I'd qualify- I was sixteen in 1970, so more of a suburban wannabe, though I did do the whole dropping out and hitting the road thing that year; lived in crash pads and on a commune, attended every protest going- anti-Vietnam, People's Park (Vancouver), the beginnings of what turned out to be Greenpeace- before hitting the Ol' Hippy Trail to Kathmandu in 1972; certainly had the drugs, long hair and rebellion bit down pat. Politically evolved from a Ghandian/MLK type pacifist to full-out Che Guevara/Maoist and back to Zen/environmentalist over about 4 years.

If that's close enough, send me a pm- one problem is that I live in Taiwan, so if you want a phone interview you'd better have Skype

and thanx, gray mouser, i may actually take you up on that...those are all the experiences i'm trying to capture in this paper, so that would be great... do you have aim? that may actually be easier than a phone interview (specially as i'm in new jersey and you're in taiwan, and i had to look back at your post to be able to even spell taiwan correctly ) but i'll probably be pming you about all those details.
