As most of you know I teach in KSA.

I must say that it is a pleasure to correspond to many of the teens here.

some of you are intelligent and articulate and its a monstrous gap compared to the population here

Thanks afro-elf for complimenting teens! We don't usually get much credit for anything except car accidents and welfare babies.
And I must say I've learned a lot from talking to other teens (as well as normal people

) here on Entmoot.

I've come to the conclusion that I cannot possibly be a teenage girl, despite my age of almost 15

a) I dont smoke, drink or anything like that, or want to.
b)I hate shopping
c)I NEVER wear makeup or fashionable clothes
d)I have no interest whatsoever in boys
e)I prefer reading to watching TV or anything
f)I use my brain and am NOT a bimbo
g)I help and like my parents

And many other reasons... pretty much, I am the opposite of a teenager.... and so are most of the deep tolkien fanatics I know..... which is why there are so many mature, intelligent adolescents here - basically because they are NOT teengaers, merely adults in a teenage body.

It's sad but true. Most of my friends can vote or will be able to vote within 6 months. Most of my friends couldn't tell you the difference between the Liberals or the Conservatives if their lives depended on it.

Nice list, Nazgul queen, but doesn't necesarily mean your not an normal teenager, you're just one of the rare variety. When I was 15 the same prinicples went for me too. I just changed b) and d) since then

i figured that im not a bimbo, as no bimbo would actually advertise their status. i like wearing a pink badge that says 'BIMB' and the 'O' is replaced with a pair of lips. me and my friend like 2 shout out 'blonde bimbo coming through' i get some REAL strange looks. its really fun!!
but other than that we r all normal teenagers. we aren't the weird ones, adults are weird for not liking what we do!!!!!

Well I'm a guy and I was never much of a 'teenager' myself. From my time on the 'Moot that seems to be a rather common experience amongst Tolkien 'fans' or admirers. Yeah, good call afro-elf, thank you my young (in number only) friends.
