One or Three?
Will the play be just one consecutive performance, or do you plan to make make three seperate plays? I'm assuming you're making just one play with all three volumes in it, but I thought I'd ask to make sure.

Just One...if you go to the main page here, there is a link to the portion of the site dedicated to The One Ring. You will find a synopsis and the script for Act One.

I had this idea a few years ago of producing a play of LoTR which ran for 6 nights, Book 1 on Monday, 2 on Tuesday, 3 on Wednesday, 4 on Thursday etc.
This is the only way I could see to fit it all in but would mean the tickets would have to be cheap and the run would have to be long, plus just imagine the speed and number of turn-rounds between each show! Chaos but enjoyable and complete!

Agburanur,
Fortunately I have never felt the need to "fit it all in" though some cuts have pained me greatly. Brad |
