i've really wanted to learn elvish does anyone know a site, a book, or anything where i could learn

There have been many topics about this. Please know that there are many Elvish languages, only a couple of which we have a lot of vocabulary for. Even then we don't have enough vocab.. to speak High-elven or Grey-elven fluently. The most commonly reccomended site to "learn Elvish" is the Ardalambion. There is in fact a Quenya Course on that site. The webmaster is Helgeh Fauskanger, a well respected linguist in the Tolkien community. He's also kind and helpful to curious folks, he's personally helped me out a lot in e-mails.
