Empires are bad things .....and it was a British one not an English one.
You cant expect non anglos to support us , anyway who needs them, we will make enough noise tomorrow to spur the lads on to great things .....i try not to get too jingoistic , but its hard sometimes not to get carried away! I really hope we win , but more than that i hope we show the world what a good footballing team we are, are more importantly , if we lose, we lose with sportsmanship and dignity - please take note Italy , France and Argentina !

Totti got sent off for 2 yellow cards - the 2nd for diving ( a normal pastime for italian footballers),everyone was warned not to dive or they would pay the price ! anyway he has very dodgy hair ! swarming is a part of the game,though we prefer to call it 'closing down' , when its done by a number of players it is often referred to as a 'dogs of war' approach, as in the 1990's midfield of Everton ( Joe Parkinson and Barry Horne you still rock !) . five bucks ? whats that, like 5 deers or something ?
